$99 Express Service

1. Call or email to setup the express turn around service. We need to know the make and model before sending it to approve the $99 rate and make sure the parts are in stock upon arrival.

2. Download and fill out copy of the repair form located on the homepage and include it with the laptop and power cord.

3. Send tracking info via email so we know when the package is arriving. Ship the laptop off when you’re ready! USPS, Fed Ex and UPS are fine but please pack the laptop very well. Don’t use USPS flat rate boxes. Fed Ex and UPS offer special laptop shipping boxes.

4. We will notify you when the laptop arrives safely. Express service is a next day turn around. If the laptop comes in on a Monday for example it will ship back with Tuesday’s mail and possibly that same day if it gets in early enough.

5. Payment can be made when the repair is completed via Credit Card, Paypal, Money order and check. When the laptop is paid for it ships back via Fed Ex Ground. You can also arrange for expedited shipping on the way back at your expense.
